I used to work for this guy at CALTECH, in 1990. He used to ride his bike to work in an effort to stay in shape to "one day be an astronaut" , Happy to see his dream came true! When the Hubble telescope wasn't working, NASA called on one man to fix it. John Grunsfeld's repairs are successful!

Exercise is a part of my daily life. I workout 6 days a week. My workouts range from circuits, biking, cardio machines, barre class, sand dune climbing, to standup paddling. I like to mix it up so I work all my muscles and so I don’t get bored! The workout below is great when you are short on time.
